Access to the construction site must be kept completely clear of obstructions. It should allow enough space for erection and commissioning operations. We advise special needs after inspecting the construction site.

We arrange the delivery of the building. Modular buildings are transported by a mode of transportation according to the requirement. Then, using material handling equipment, the prefab structures are erected on defined parameters for commissioning.

All the buildings are fitted with consumer unit or have provided with the provision for the same. For any specific purposes, the clients have to provide the details prior to fabrication.

We have a range of accessories that can provide good security to the building by protecting the windows and doors. Walls can also be of steel for protection against theft & vandalism and the prefabricated structures have been specially designed for highest levels of fire safety. We can also install security & surveillance systems for your building, like intruder alarms to CCTV.

Yes we can, but subject to individual site surveys. We have installed double storied buildings and also buildings on rooftops using structural steelwork. Our double-storied buildings can be created on small parcels of land.
